2025 Annual Report

The only constant in life is growth. If you’re not growing, then what are you doing with your life?

Starting this year, I’ll be writing annual and monthly reports on my website and YouTube channel growth.

Website 2025 Annual Growth

• Sessions: 84K (459% YoY growth)
• Views: 90K (125% YoY growth)
• Active Users: 65K (420% YoY growth)

I wasn’t really active in writing in 2025, and as far as I remember, I didn’t install Google Analytics 4 until mid-2024. So even though the growth numbers look fantastic, they’re not really accurate.

But hey, people are reading my writing—that’s still a win!

YouTube Channel 2025 Annual Growth

• Views: 87K (268% YoY growth)
• Watch Hours: 1.8K hours (527% YoY growth)
• Subscribers: +191 (315% YoY growth)

I wish I had taken YouTube seriously as early as possible. You can see in the graph above that there weren’t any videos from Feb 2025 to Sep 2025. I was busy with work and life, and I didn’t make enough time to create YouTube videos.

I was laid off from my job in November 2025, so I had time to rethink my content creator strategy.

2026 will be different. I hope I can get it monetized before mid-year.

Final Thoughts

Anyway, that’s my annual report for 2025.

My plan for 2026 is simple:

• Write regularly, at least 3 times a week
• Create videos regularly, at least once a week
• Get YouTube monetized before June 2026
